This class features Fabric Collage Applique

A Laura Heine collage kit (Made and Available at Beehive Quilt Shop $32) and pattern ($25) is required for this class.  You can purchase these at Beehive! Learn the techniques and tips of the Laura Heine method of collage applique! Learn about color and value and not even realize you are learning it! Work with different scales of fabric and turn them into a one-of-a-kind quilt!

The pattern for this class is:
Teeny Tiny Collage Patterns Group #3. Three different patterns Bear, Flamingo and Vintage Trailer each finish at 16 x 20 all included in one pattern! These quilts can be finished as tiny wall hangings, pillows, or stretched on a canvas and hung. Individual kits are available and can be purchased for this pattern. 

Each pattern in the collection requires:

1. 3 yards of 12” Steam a Seam 2 (it CANNOT be Seam a Seam 2 Lite), 
2. 9 x 23 piece of Pattern Ease Foundation and an Applique Pressing sheet (as they are constructed on it). For the Teeny Tiny projects, Laura Heine recommends the Precision Fusing Mat (a two piece applique pressing sheet package). For other projects, Laura Heine recommend the Goddess Applique Pressing Sheet for Medium and Large Projects.
3. Karen Kay Buckley Perfect Scissors (Blue Handle) these have micro-serrated blades that are a must have for collaging
