Christmas Goose Collage Class - Any Christmas Collage or Any Collage (Beginner friendly) with Teri
Learn how fun it is to make a Laura Heine Collage quilt with Teri, she is now a certified Laura Heine Collage Instructor.
Teri has made many, many collage patterns and is comfortable teaching her technique. So you are not "required" to do anything Christmas - it's just a fun theme idea if you want!

Prefusing Fabric to Steam A Seam 2 - Watch YouTube on how to do this technique (See Below)
Classroom will open up by 9:30 am for setup.
Everyone will have their own 4-6ft table.

10am - 4pm

- MINI IRON IS MOST HELPFUL!!!! (There are 2 ironing stations in the classroom)
- Small pressing station, wool mat, or june tailor pressing pad, etc.
- Teeny TinysPatterns need about 3-4 yds of 12" Steam a Seam 2
- ***Facing the Sun uses a lot more steam a seam. I found it helpful to have 7 yards 12" steam a seam and longer pieces on the 3 yards of 24" steam a seam.
- Fuse Mat 17" x 24" - THIS IS ESSENTIAL - in Annarose's Eyes. Must be a transparent fusing mat or pressing sheet
- Karen K. Buckley Medium Perfect Scissors (Blue handle) Purple or Pink work too.
- Pattern Ease will be determined based on the size of pattern you choose in class, and if you choose to wrap your collage on a canvas or bind it. We sell it buy the yard. It is 46" wide.
- #2 Pencil - Provided at class
- (MAYBE bring Tweezers or Pins if your finger grip/nails are too short), Laura Heine does now make a stiletto
- Use the sizes on the back as guidelines for sizes. Having the most variety of colors possible always helps.
- The goal in class is that you will at least get the main part of your collage finished or almost finished, and a start on the background of the collage.
- Bring scraps that are around 6"x6" if you want to add to your collage
