Use the quilted fat quarter sandwich from Intro to Quilting with Sew Steady Rulers (or Edge to Edge or any other). Must be quilted and fat quarter size. We’ll make a wrap for your rulers, (quilting or cutting).
For the pockets, bring vinyl or fabric fused with lightweight Pellon or other fusible product.
