Sew Steady has the best Beginner Essentials kit.
ESSENTIAL MUST HAVE:
-Brother High Shank or Brother Low Shank

No Rulers are requried for Class - Dea lets you play and use all of hers for practicing and learning.
If you have already have rulers, bring them to class and Dea will help you!
All sewing machines brands are welcome! We carry generic SewSteady Ruler Feet for High & Low shank machines.

What to bring:machine,
power cord,
accessories,
bobbins,
thread (cotton is generally best for beginners but poly also works),
needles (quilting or topstitch 80 or 90),
Sew Steady table if you have one.
Homework:
Fat Quarter Sandwich (Pre-Baste with whatever you are most comfortable with (Fusible Batting, Quilters Select Powder, 505 Spray) Dea likes all of these options!
(Quilters Sandwich of Print (on bottom) and Solid Fabric (on top) , Bring Cotton Thread to Match)
Pre-wind a bobbins to match
