Economy Block Workshop Kaffe Quilts in London Color
Discover how Kaffe experiences the colors and basic shapes around him. Learn how we can train our own eyes to see this rewarding source of creativity, and how we can combine striking fabrics with simple shapes to create our own spectacular quilt designs! Then, allow Kaffe and Brandon to be your mentors as you begin your own personal color journey through fabric choice and placement.
This workshop is based on the Hot Economy quilt pattern in Kaffe Fassett's newest book, Quilts in London (August 2025). This is a class suitable for beginners who already know how to sew a seam and how to use a rotary cutter. It is also for more advanced quilters who wish to concentrate on complex color development. Please note, no sewing takes place during this workshop.
