Quilted Journal Cover Kid + Adult Sewing Class - Summer Kids Sewing

Learn how to make a composition journal cover. This is a great class taught by a grandma + granddaughter duo! This is easy to make and something that makes a great gift. Class is open to Kids or Adults. Can also be a Grandma + Me or Mommy + Me or whatever combination you are looking for. If you are coming as a "support person" /helper you don't need to also pay/register for the class - just the kid!
Class Location: The Creative Center
Parking out front on the East Side of Washington Ave.

Fabric Requirements:
1/3 Yard of Fabric - Front
1/3 Yard of Fabric - Lining
12" x 18" SF 101
12" x 18" for the batting (can be fusible fleece, leftover batting or 80/20 batting)
Composition Notebook- Available at WalMart
Sewing Machine + Supplies:
90/14 Quilting Needle
Coordinating Thread
505 Spray Adhesive (will also be available onsite or you can bring your own)
(Class is in early summer so you have pleanty of time to get this project done and entered into the County Fair!)
