International Quilt Festival Bus Trip to Houston, TX
Join Beehive Quilt Shop for a chartered bus trip to Houston, TX for the International Quilt Festival, October 8-12, 2025!
Cost:
The purchase of this ticket includes:
- Transportation via Village Travel Bus
- Gratuity for the bus driver
- Bottled water for the bus ride

- Snacks
- Name tag
If you would like to pay in installments, we ask that you pay a deposit of $100 to save your seat and pay in full by June 1, 2025. You will not be eligible for the $30 coupon. Please contact the Beehive Quilt Shop at 620-440-8191 to set up the payment plan.
Your ticket purchase does NOT include meals, hotel, or festival tickets. You are responsible for booking your hotel room and purchasing your festival tickets separately.
Lodging:
Beehive Quilt Shop has coordinated with Marriott Marquis Houston to set aside rooms for those joining our bus trip! After you purchase your bus ticket, we will send you a link to a Google Form where we will collect additional information from you—T-shirt size, food allergies, hotel information, etc. Once you complete the form, we will send you the necessary details to book your hotel room.

After June 30th, anyone who cancels can transfer their seat to another person or totally cancel the trip and receive a $100.00 refund.
