-2/3 yd Pattern Ease

You can pick your pattern and everyone will be working on their own creation. This is a design and learning class, so you will NOT need your sewing machine.  No sewing will be involved in this class.

SUPPLIES: 

• Sharp regular scissors

• Serrated applique scissors are recommended (Karen Kay Buckley’s Perfect Scissors Blue Handles)

• Regular Pencil or Permanent pen for tracing your pattern 

• Laura Heine Pattern of your choice 

• Applique pressing sheet 

• Teflon or Pressing paper sheets 

• Fabric Collage Kit or your choice of 40 to 80 small fabric pieces of fabric

• Pattern Ease – size recommended on the pattern 

• Steam a Seam 2 (see pattern to see how much is recommended for your project) 

• A small portable iron is helpful to have at your workstation if you have a wool pressing mat or mini ironing surface

HOMEWORK: It is most helpful to pre-fuse your fabric from your fabric kit to the Steam a Seam 2 prior to class.   Please refer to the You Tube Video by Beehive Quilt Shop titled:
