Barbara has been sewing ever since she was able to reach the foot pedal. Growing up, she made all her clothes in high school, including her prom dresses and winter coats. In later years, as a stay-at-home mom with her two children, she continued to make custom slipcovers, drapes, and children’s clothing for herself and her neighbors. Her first embroidery machine was a Brother 7500 purchased in 1993, and her love for embroidery and Brother machines began. In early 2002 when the opportunity to work with Brother presented itself, she jumped at the chance to turn her love for sewing and embroidery into her career. Barbara has never looked back and for over 18 years,she has enjoyed a rewarding career with Brother.
