Get a refresher on the most accurate ways to cut and trim half square triangles (HST). Half Square Triangles are one of the most important and common units to make in quilting. This class is an overview of what tools are on the market to make this easier for you.
This class is also ideal for beginner quilters because half square triangles (HST) are so universal in quilt patterns.

*If you have other HST rulers you have questions about, Jan will do her best to answer them. 

Jan will discuss methods of making HST 2 at a time, 4 at a time, 8 at a time. She will demo several rulers including "perfect slotted trimmers" as well as demoing how the AccuQuilt system cuts HST. 

Learn the basics of how to make Half Square Triangles to piece and trim them with precision and confidence! This will be an overview of how to use several different rulers. 

There will be test sewing in class. And you will be able to practice with several rulers. There will be some Half Square Triangle Ruler discounts for students! So plan to go shopping after class. The evening class you will have a coupon to purchase after the class or we will have a team at the shop for you to come in and purchase rulers!
